Kathy Zamora is a seasoned real estate broker with over 8 years of experience, and she is the owner of Zamora Homes LLC. She has built her brand on the belief that it's the personal connection with clients that fosters loyalty and trust. Kathy founded Zamora Homes LLC, which has since grown with Associate Brokers who share her commitment to exceptional client care. In addition to her work in real estate, Kathy also assists with the sales, marketing, and operations of HERMOZA, her husband Mario's home improvement company.
Megan Drahman
After a successful 25-year career in IT sales, where she honed her skills in relationship building, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving, she is excited to transition into the real estate industry with Zamora Homes. Megan's background in technology and sales has equipped her with a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the importance of tailored solutions—skills that seamlessly transfer to real estate. She is passionate about helping clients find their perfect homes or investment properties, leveraging her extensive experience in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships. With a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a fresh perspective, Megan is eager to bring her expertise to the dynamic world of real estate.
Anna Phelps
Anna Phelps has dedicated ten years of her career to providing exceptional service in the property management field before entering the real estate industry. Anna has participated in numerous branches of the industry such as Commercial Leasing/Property Management, Homeowners' Association Managment, as well as multi-family and Residential housing. Anna loves helping businesses and families unlock their full potential by assisting them in achieving major achievements via real estate. During this time, Anna has developed a passion for locating the most financially rewarding options for her clients. Anna also hosts education classes to provide new property management professionals career essentials.
Ashley Fultz
Ashley Fultz is our intern at Zamora Homes through Noblesville High School. Her role involves keeping our social media platforms up to date, ensuring that we effectively engage with our community and showcase our latest projects. With a strong interest in business and real estate, she is excited to combine her skills to enhance Zamora Homes online presence. Her internship provides her with an opportunity to learn from industry professionals and contribute to innovative home solutions.
